Greg was raised in West Concord, Minnesota and was in the first graduating class of Triton High School in 1991. He attended Mankato State University and graduated in 1996 with a degree in Real Estate Finance and a minor in Math. He began appraising in 1993 and became a realtor in 1995.
Greg moved to Minneapolis in 2000 and became a Real Estate Broker; he continued to work with buyers and sellers for all of their real estate needs. He moved back to West Concord in 2004 at which time he became the broker for Cardinal Realty. Greg married Lisa Westlund in 2006 and they welcomed their first daughter, Alaina, in July of 2008. Their second daughter, Payton, was born in September, 2011.
Greg continues to work in real estate and appraising in Southern Minnesota and the greater Minneapolis/St.Paul Metro area. His interests include traveling, hiking, biking, and spending time with his friends and family.

Doug was raised in Humboldt, Iowa until 1953 when his family relocated to Lake Lillian, MN. He graduated from Bird Island High School in 1965 and received a B.S. Teaching degree in Math and Science at Minnesota State University (formally Mankato State University) in 1969. He later went on to teach high school Math, Physics, and Special Education at West Concord High School and later at Triton High School from 1969-2002.
Doug married Delores (Bezdicek) in 1969 and together they raised three children; Shelley, Greg, and Andy. In 1979, Doug received his real estate and appraising licenses and started working for Realty World out of Kasson, MN. In 1986, he started Cardinal Realty out of his home where it stayed until 2009 when it moved to its current location in West Concord.
Doug enjoys spending time at his cabin up north and being a "snow bird" in either California or Florida. He loves spending time with his three granddaughters and one grandson, and working on his farm.

Jeremy was raised on a small dairy farm near Berne, MN. He went to school in West Concord and was in the first graduating class of Triton High School in 1991. By 1993, Jeremy was buying investment properties and had started a construction company called J C Construction, which specialized in roofing.
In 2001, he earned his real estate license and began working with buyers and sellers in residential, agriculture, and commercial properties. Jeremy also operates a small row crop farm where he plants 160 acres of corn and beans.
Jeremy married Cori in 2001 and they have six children. He loves farming, real estate investing, deer hunting, ice fishing, and spending time with his family.
With 20 years of real estate experience, his work as an investor, farmer, and small business owner, Jeremy is uniquely qualified to handle all of your real estate buying and selling needs.

Delores, or Dee, was raised on a farm near Lakefield, Minnesota. She graduated in 1965 from Lakefield High School and received a B.S. degree in Elementary Education from Mankato State, University in 1969.
Dee married Doug Klevos in 1969 and moved to West Concord, MN where she got a job teaching kindergarten. Dee and Doug have three children, Shelley, Greg, and Andy.. She enjoyed being a full-time stay at home mom during the time her kids were home, and also drove school bus for a few years.
In 1988, Dee became a licensed Realtor. Dee worked as Cardinal Realty's office manager from 1988-2009. She is now retired and loves living on a farm where she can be outside and work in her garden. She enjoys devoting her time to her family, including her four grandchildren, friends, food, and faith.

Lisa grew up in Mankato, Minnesota where she attended Mankato East High School and graduated in 1996. She received her B.S. degree in Elementary and Preprimary Education in 2004.
Lisa married Greg Klevos in 2006 and they live in rural West Concord, MN with their two daughters, Alaina and Payton. Lisa received her Real Estate license in 2006 and took over as office manager in 2009. After her youngest started kindergarten, Lisa began working at Kasson-Mantorville School District. She is currently an instructional reading and math paraprofessional.
In her spare time, Lisa enjoys gardening, spending time at their cabin, reading, and connecting with family and friends. She also loves to travel, both domestically and internationally.

Alaina, known as Lainey, is the daughter of Greg Klevos and Lisa Westlund. She is currently a 9th grader at Kasson-Mantorville High School. She works after school at the Cardinal office. Her duties include getting and sorting the mail, making deposits at the bank, and paying bills online.
Her interests include talking to her friends non-stop, traveling, and baking. Her favorite foods are shrimp, Casey's Pizza, steak, and sushi.
