Greg was raised in West Concord, Minnesota and was in the first graduating class of Triton High School in 1991. He attended Mankato State University and graduated in 1996 with a degree in Real Estate Finance and a minor in Math. He began appraising in 1993 and became a realtor in 1995.

 

Greg moved to Minneapolis in 2000 and became a Real Estate Broker; he continued to work with buyers and sellers for all of their real estate needs. He moved back to West Concord in 2004 at which time he became the broker for Cardinal Realty. Greg married Lisa Westlund in 2006 and they welcomed their first daughter, Alaina, in July of 2008. Their second daughter, Payton, was born in September, 2011.

 

Greg continues to work in real estate and appraising in Southern Minnesota and the greater Minneapolis/St.Paul Metro area. His interests include traveling, hiking, biking, and spending time with his friends and family.

Doug was raised in Humboldt, Iowa until 1953 when his family relocated to Lake Lillian, MN. He graduated from Bird Island High School in 1965 and received a B.S. Teaching degree in Math and Science at Minnesota State University (formally Mankato State University) in 1969. He later went on to teach high school Math, Physics, and Special Education at West Concord High School and later at Triton High School from 1969-2002.

 

Doug married Delores (Bezdicek) in 1969 and together they raised three children; Shelley, Greg, and Andy. In 1979, Doug received his real estate and appraising licenses and started working for Realty World out of Kasson, MN. In 1986, he started Cardinal Realty out of his home where it stayed until 2009 when it moved to its current location in West Concord.

 

Doug enjoys spending time at his cabin up north and being a "snow bird" in either California or Florida. He loves spending time with his three granddaughters and one grandson, and working on his farm.

Delores, or Dee, was raised on a farm near Lakefield, Minnesota. She graduated in 1965 from Lakefield High School and received a B.S. degree in Elementary Education from Mankato State, University  in 1969.

​

Dee married Doug Klevos in 1969 and moved to West Concord, MN where she got a job teaching kindergarten. Dee and Doug have three children, Shelley, Greg, and Andy.. She enjoyed being a full-time stay at home mom during the time her kids were home, and also drove school bus for a few years.

​

In 1988, Dee became a licensed Realtor. Dee worked as Cardinal Realty's office manager from 1988-2009. She is now retired and loves living on a farm where she can be outside and work in her garden. She enjoys devoting her time to her family, including her four grandchildren, friends, food, and faith.
